Tektrol designed and commissioned the controls on a custom piece of equipment for us several years ago. Throughout the years, anytime we have had issue with hardware or needed support, Gary has always promptly returned my call.  Further, we recently had a hardware failure that was related to abuse.  Gary took my call and proactively programmed, tested and shipped us operator interface for use until he could find a suitable “next generation” drop in replacement. His focus is to stand behind his work and keep our equipment running.

Tektrol has helped with our controls equipment for over 15 years at different plants and each and every time either on new construction or rebuilds, their work stands the test of time. Programming is never an issue and downtime on drives, motors or PLC’s is minimal because of the quality equipment and workmanship.
